After years of hard work and local consultation, our Neighbourhood Development Plan is ready. On Thursday 24 September 2026, every resident on the electoral register can vote on whether it should be used to help decide planning applications in our area.
A YES vote gives Broad Hinton, Winterbourne Bassett and Uffcott a real say over the sort of development that happens here, and the sort that doesn't.
Once approved, the plan becomes part of the statutory framework Wiltshire Council must use when deciding planning applications.

Helps ensure any new building meets local needs and respects the scale and style of the area.
The plan reflects the views residents shared through consultation. It's our plan, not one imposed on us.
